I don’t have any big plans for Halloween, just a little bit of makeup for work and Halloween themed clothing. I might not even get any trick-or-treaters because we have a high chance of rain… more candy for me! lol jk I will have to take it to work so I don’t eat it.
I’ve lost about 7lbs on my diet so far. It has been hard being gluten free (even a few break downs from watching people eat it in front of me) but I have not given in! I want to be gluten free for 6 months to see if there is any difference in my health. As for losing weight, I’m doing it very slowly so that it is a lifestyle change for me and not just a diet I do for a few months then ruin once I’m off it. I have the app ‘Lose it’ that helps me realize just how much I’m eating in a day. It keeps me from going over board.
My goal is to get back into the lower 150s and possibly back in the 140s eventually. It will be a very slow process though. I do my best to work out as well but with my health I have to be very careful not to over due it and then end up worse.
