Short Vacation, wahoo!

I have been re-watching the D.Gray-Man series… can you tell by my Lavi picture? haha I’m probably going to have to pick the manga back up though. I’ve been into re-watching older shows these days. I just finished re-watching the Aquarion series. I love it, but I know it is not for everyone because of how ridiculous it is. However, it hurt my heart to learn that a lot of people just watch the EVOL season and not the Genesis season first. I was even like, GASP, when someone told another person they can skip Genesis. Bah! LOL

So, as my title says, I’m enjoying a nice short vacation. I took three days off of work which gives me 5 days total if you include the weekend. I needed a break even if I’m not going anywhere or doing anything big. This is a rehabilitation vacation. I’m just working on hobbies, taking lots of me time, and the occasional shopping, heh.

My blog kind of frustrated me though. I was going to use a much nicer theme but the one I wanted to use wouldn’t work no matter what I did. Every time I tried to activate it my website would show a white screen of death. I tried a number of things such as deactivating all my plugins, changing the memory for php and wordpress, running the error debug log to see if it would tell me anything… nothing. I got annoyed so I’m trying to get a refund. I hope I can get it.

Serious Side Effects Put Me MIA

Hello? Anyone out there? haha.

I can’t believe I haven’t posted anything in so long… I mean I have never been good at making many posts but I use to do one at least once a month.

Honestly, I went through a dark period.  I have gotten depressed before but I’m not clinically depressed so usually I would get depressed for a day or two due to having lots of pain that day or maybe just being worn out from the pain. However, this was going on for waaayyy to long. Plus, I’m resilient… pain sucks but if I still can function I will push through it to do the things I like so I knew this was not normal.

One day I did something with a 20 dollar bill and I couldn’t, for the life of me, remember what. I tried hard to remember, but the things I could think of didn’t seem very realistic. It was more like a dream feeling… did that really happen? That scared me!

Then it dawned on me… the lyrica!

So yeah, once I lowered the dose of the lyrica I started to feel better. The lyrica was making me want to do nothing but sleep and eat so I’m really not happy with my weight right now.

The sad thing is it didn’t stop my pain. I actually ended up with a horrible flare that went on for three weeks.
